And I don't know about you but I can't wait to get into March, and hopefully see a turn in this dreary weather... although I did spend the first 3 weeks of the month in Cyprus so I can't really complain. 😬

New this month...
My Ecamm Foundations Masterclass has been the focus for the past week.
In preparation for our upcoming ELA LIVE, which I'll mention below, we run a free event. In the past we've done 5-day challenges, but last autumn we ran a 2-hour masterclass followed by a 2-hour Zoom meeting the following day. It went down so well we ran it again this week. You can catch the replay below.
You'll probably be surprised to hear this but I still get very nervous before a livestream like this, worrying about the tech, hoping I cover everything I need to, and of course... hoping everyone enjoys it! 😬 ... I know, massive people pleaser right here!
My big tip to you, if you run events like this... prepare and practice!
... in plenty of time!
Seriously, I script everything out word for word, I build my Ecamm scenes, I practice running through the whole show and scene transitions with my script on the teleprompter like it's the main event, testing it to make sure everything works and sounds right. Then I do it again.
Now this won't eliminate those gremlins that seem determined to destroy our shows but it makes a massive difference, and people notice.
Oh, and that studio build we told you about last month, I was back there on Monday getting them ready for their first livestream, and it looks so much better with the new furniture in!
Ecamm news this month...
I was hoping to announce the V4.3 update but you've got to wait a couple more weeks I'm afraid.

On the second day, on Zoom, we really made use of the new Ecamm into Zoom integrations, it's so sweet!
It's back!
We will be running another Ecamm Live Academy 2-week BootCamp (ELA LIVE) from March 10th - 21st, and this time we're completely changing up how we deliver it!
You'll be building out a gorgeous profile of your own by following along with me live on Zoom. We'll build across the first week and then give you the second week to practice and play what you've learnt.
We've had Alumni step up and offer to help you by hosting additional Zoom meetings that you can practice in... I'm confident this is going to be our BEST EVENT YET!

YouTube news this month...
Well, it's been a bit quiet on the YouTube front, Owen has struggled to find us any juicy updates but here's one I'm excited about.
'Voice Replies'
This is in the early stages of rolling out but it's worth getting excited about.
Using the YouTube app on an Apple phone, you'll be able to select a comment on one of your videos that you want to reply to, tap the soundwave icon, and record an audio reply up to 30 seconds. You'll be able to hear your comment and edit or delete it before posting it.
I reckon that's a much quicker way to post replies and it's going to impress your viewers when they realise it's actually you replying to them!
Hopefully it won't be too long before it gets to us.
Sharing a community win!
As there's not too much happening on YouTube, can I share a win from one of our YouTube Academy members?
Clark launched a viral video! 🚀
Viral for him anyway, and I'm so proud of him.
This wasn't some overnight success, Clark has been working away at this for 3 years and has uploaded 116 videos.
But this last but one video seems to have caught the algorithm's eye, and look at those results... almost 1,500 views in 48 hours!
And it's kept growing. As I write this, the video has been viewed almost 9,500 times, in under a month! 🤯 You can watch it here.
Clark is a financial adviser and has really niched down on his audience, and it's paying off. These aren't being found by 'search'. but they're being seen as suggested videos by YouTube, which means YouTube now sees Clark as an authority and is presenting him to people who have watched similar videos.

Kajabi news this month...
We're staying on Kajabi's Community product this month as it's such a big deal right now and I've been spending a lot of time in it.
I've had my own Community set up for over a month now with my Kajabi affiliates and as of last week we've archived our Facebook group and gone full in on this. That's a big deal for me. We've dipped our toe in once or twice and always gone back to Facebook, but not with the update, this community is solid and we're staying!
We've been having our bi-weekly hangouts in there, we've had good discussions, and the email updates work perfectly.
Obviously, there are still features we're wanting, this is a BETA version don't forget, but the development team are 'on it' and Kajabi as a whole are really pushing Community through 2025.
My next step is to bring my other community groups in, and I'm confident that by next month I'll be telling you how I've got everyone under one roof!
That will mean members can access their training and the community from the same portal. And where customers are in multiple programs, they'll have it all in one place. Plus of course, it means I'll only be paying one subscription! (Currently I spend as much on Circle as I do Kajabi!)
So there we go. Everything is running smoothly and next month I'll have more to share :)
