Full steam ahead!
I'm on a ferry right now, heading back from Northern Ireland to England... Rach is treating it like an 8-hour mini-cruise as she's sitting here sipping her glass of rosé 😂
Our Son's Wedding!
We've been over for the week to celebrate our son's wedding, and it's been fantastic! Here are a few photos...

I love my family more than anything, so getting to spend this week together for such a wonderful event has been awesome.
And now, as they embark on their new life together and we're heading home, I feel like we're ready to start a new season too. In fact, I added that title because this journey feels quite symbolic.
Full steam ahead
Heading across the ocean with nothing around us, and wonderful memories behind us, it speaks to me of what we're doing with the business.
- We just closed Ecamm Academy after 7 years. It was a huge part of our business, and I have nothing but happy memories of it, but it was time to move on.
- YouTube Launchpad is on pause.
- And IMPACT is currently closed.
We've deliberately stripped back everything to focus 100% of our attention on an upgraded IMPACT program and bespoke studio builds.
So 'Full Steam Ahead' feels like a fitting mantra for this season!
New Studio Builds
With Ecamm Academy and the wedding, we've been a little preoccupied, but we did take on two exciting new studio builds since we last spoke. One has the challenge of being a relatively small space, and the other will be stretching us as it's a 2-person, 3-camera podcast-style setup.
"Is this space big enough?"
The first project takes place in a basement, currently under renovation. We have a blank canvas and the brief to create a space worthy of a leading speaker and trainer. Oh, and it needs to work for sitting and standing. 🤔
The space is only 8' x 9' and our client was concerned that we wouldn't be able to get the look they wanted from it.
So, I taped out the area in my office, marked the wall width on my back wall and called them up on Zoom to demonstrate how the space could work.
They were blown away by the attention to detail and trouble we went to. And that's why I love these personalised projects where we're able to invest so much time in each client's studio.

The room, as you can see, is still part of a building site so it's not going to be quick, but we'll have some photos for you in a couple of months.
The second project is new territory for us as we move into a more relaxed, two-person show. Our clients are marriage counsellors, and the vision is to create a show that allows them to share their advice in a warm, relaxed setting.
And we've been really leaning into AI to help with our mock-ups of the spaces. This project started with our 3D builder, then as the client has been ordering furniture, we've used ChatGPT to come up with some amazing concepts.

ChatGPT definitely struggles with size and perspectives, but this is going to be pretty close. Exciting eh!
If you'd love us to give this level of attention to your studio build, please visit our website and book a call with me to see whether it might be a fit for both of us.
