From YouTube Viewer to VIP Client
As we wrap up the first quarter of 2026, I have to say, itās exceeded my expectations.
- Weāve just wrapped up another fantastic Ecamm Live Academy.
- 11 new members joined IMPACT, so weāre deep into studio builds.
- I flew out to Canada to build a clientās studio.
- And weāre about to finish our first high-ticket Remarkable cohort⦠with incredible results.
But the most exciting thing?
Seeing YouTube do its thing.
I had this Instagram message out of the blueā¦

I jumped on a call with him last week, and next month Iām building his studio. Two-camera setup, desk + podcast space.
No ads.
No funnel.
Just one YouTube video ā call ā client.
Thatās why we keep talking about YouTube.
Owen will share more below š
I hope youāve had a strong start to the year too.
And if not, take a day, reset, plan your next quarter, and go again. Youāve got this.

We found our way
Last year was a year of figuring things out.
We tested a low-ticket offer (Pro Studio Formula). It worked⦠but something felt off. I realised I donāt want to be hands-off.
IMPACT has always worked because itās hands-on.
So I pushed further and created Remarkable.
And honestly⦠itās become my favourite thing we offer.
For those looking for a more premium experience, we work in a small cohort, with private support from me as each member sets up their equipment.
Then I took it one step furtherā¦
Iām now offering in-person studio builds.
Something Iāve always wanted to do, and now itās happening.
I just completed one in Canada, and Iām onto the next.
So this year, weāre doing things differently:
š Fewer clients
š More hands-on
š Bigger transformations
Hereās a setup I built for Jen in Canada, desk + podcast space.

These projects bring a whole new level of fulfilment. And I want more of them.
Remarkable š NOW OPEN!
If you want to join the next cohort (starting soon), register here and Iāll reach out personally.
Interested in an in-person studio build?
Just hit reply, letās talk.
I have a new camera! š¬
Donāt worry, Iām not ditching the Sony ZV-E10.
But if youāre stepping things up, the FX30 is now my go-to recommendation for higher-end studio builds.
Itās not cheap, but it delivers.
This is me with it at The Photography and Video Show earlier this month.
Amaran just changed their lighting range
The 100XS has been replaced by the new Halo 100. Super slim, modern design⦠and somehow cheaper.
Iāll be testing the full range soon and sharing reviews on YouTube in May.
Now, over to Owenā¦

Hey, Owen here!
This month, we've not seen many updates from YouTube so I want to reiterate last month's update and also let you know about YouTube LaunchPad.
Last Month's YouTube Update:
For the last 7+ years, the most reliable way to start a YouTube channel was by targeting specific search terms and making the title of your video the exact same as how people type it in.
By researching our search terms, we could almost always guarantee to rank for that search and get views.
However, search is now taking in most of its information from the transcript of your video, meaning it's not just looking at the title and description anymore but what you are talking about!
This has changed the strategy for new channels on YouTube as search is now much harder to predict.
Because of this, we have switched both our strategy and the strategy that we are teaching inside YouTube LaunchPad to target suggested and browse traffic (meaning YouTube recommending your videos on the home page or on the suggested videos section of the watch page)
This change happened mid-way through our January cohort of YouTube Launchpad so we pivoted and are already seeing those adopting the new strategy seeing results on their channels.
YouTube LaunchPad:
I'm excited to announce to you that the doors to our April cohort are now open so you can join us in this brand new training where I'll show you all you need to start using this new strategy and also where I'll be giving beta access to our new content management app!
This app I've been working on in the background to really sit alongside the new strategy to give you an even better chance of success on YouTube and I'm excited to have people try it out!
We start on April 13th with a week of daily calls to cover all of the planning and quicker tasks, then we'll move to weekly calls for the next five weeks to go deeper and tackle the more time-consuming tasks.
There are only 15 spaces left though, so if this is something that you want to be a part of, then make sure to check out the sales page below.

Now back to Adrian...

Today is a big day for Ecamm!
Ecamm Live has officially rebranded to just āEcammā, and thatās a bigger shift than it might sound.
Here's the new logo:

It reflects where the product is heading, because letās be honest⦠fewer and fewer people are using it just for live streaming now.
And alongside the rebrand, theyāve released v4.5, which includes one of the biggest workflow upgrades theyāve ever introduced: Dual Mode.
You can now record or live stream in horizontal AND vertical at the same time.
No more choosing. No more re-recording. Just hit record once and youāre covered.
Open Ecamm, hit Check for Updates, and give it a try.
Youāll notice a refreshed Preferences panel and a few other tweaks too. Iāll let you explore those for yourself.
If you haven't tried Ecamm yet here's my affiliate link.
Well done, Ecamm š
