Together, we provided fresh water to 607 people in Ethiopia
I thought I'd bring you some wonderful news to cheer up your day but I need to backtrack a little first...
We decided in 2020 that we would start giving 10% of the business's income to charity. Some of that has gone locally to Foodbanks and to other worldwide projects but in October 2022 we gave £7,500 to fund a water project through Charity:Water. I hate to think that there are people in our generation who don't have access to clean water, so we wanted to get involved. The process takes time, but in December last year the project was completed and here is the report.
607 people in Chifara, Ethiopia, now have access to fresh water, thanks to money you paid us for our various programs, so THANK YOU, we did this together! 🙏

And the reason we're telling you this month is that we have just sponsored another project for £8,500! 🥳
When we know details of where it will be, we'll update you.
I hope you don't mind us sharing this, it's not to seek your praise but we couldn't have done it without our customers so we are truly grateful.

New this month...
March was all about ELA LIVE, the 2-week BootCamp that's part of our Ecamm Live Academy!
I loved it! After running this event 17 times since 2019, I reckon this was our best one yet!
Why? Mostly down to embracing Zoom and teaching live. I can't tell you how much pleasure I got out of looking at a gallery of Zoom attendees building scenes along with me live, it was incredible!

And many of our regular alumni told me it was the best one for them too. Another big part of it was elevating some of our alumni members to 'Ambassadors' and having them host 'Practice Sessions' of their own.
Mostly, the praise was about the community, and I love that.
What a fulfilling couple of weeks.🥰

Ecamm news this month...
V4.3 was released on March 12th and we made great use of it in ELA LIVE!
If you haven't updated yet, you should... today!

Kajabi news this month...
I'm not apologising for sticking with Kajabi's Community product this month, it's brilliant, and we are going all in!

We brought our Kajabi affiliates over from a Facebook group a couple of months ago, 2 weeks ago, we brought our IMPACT customers over, and next week we'll be doing the same with our YouTube Marketers Community which is currently in Circle.
For me, it's great having everyone under one roof. The mechanics with granting and revoking members' access couldn't be simpler and they've just levelled up the gamification, which will be my next project.
I was telling our Kajabi affiliates a few days ago that my favourite feature is how it emails out notifications. In the Facebook group, if I tagged someone they got a notification hidden among their others, but when I tag someone in here, they get an email and seem to be responding. That's powerful.
If you're a Kajabi user and not currently using their community, I understand your reservations, I was the same, but by this time next week we'll have all 3 of our member communities in there and I am completely happy to recommend it for you too.
Not on Kajabi? You can take a 30-day trial through our affiliate link and gain free access to our support and our Kajabi community! More details here.

Coming up in the next month...
We haven't shared anything about this yet but Owen and I are going through a major YouTube training of our own at the moment and April will be laser focussed on learning new techniques, writing more strategic scripts and recording in a new style. It's exciting. It's hard being back in school, but I know the results will follow. Maybe I'll update you a little next month ;)
Thanks for reading this. I hope you found it useful. As I always say, if you have any feedback or suggestions, please hit reply and let us know.
Best wishes,
Adrian Salisbury
