This is what I want to do more of!
Hey there, how are you?
What a weekend we just had in the UK, the weather was hotter here than in Cyprus, which I enjoyed rubbing in to our neighbours out there. They quickly came back and reminded me that I don't have a 30 metre swimming pool in my garden here though. Fair. 😂
So what is it I want to do more of?
In-person Studio Builds!
Remember I said back in March about that client who came through from a YouTube video to buy a VIP studio build? Well, I got to visit him earlier this month, and I flippin' loved it!
Seeing this project through from initial brief, to design, to putting a high-spec shopping list together, to actually putting it all together... yep, this is what I want to do! 🥰
Don't get me wrong, I love what we're able to do in IMPACT for a fraction of the cost, but it can be frustrating from both sides trying to work remotely.
In just one day, I built a room that has now given him two recording spaces, much like I did with Jen, then I spent a day teaching him how to use everything, and he was up and running. In fact, he spent much of the following week cranking out content that is already getting him some serious views on Instagram and TikTok (click to see recent posts).

This studio build video should be on YouTube next week.
Cool eh!
There's lots more I can say about this which is why I've added a new section to the newsletter called Studio Build News, lets go there next...

I'm serious about this
I really want to level up and start doing more individual studio builds, ideally in-person, but I'm well used to doing this over Zoom if need be.
And I've actually decided to this rather than the Remarkable program I started in January. At this level, clients don't want to work in cohorts, they just want fast results and a VIP treatment. So that's what I now offer.
Check out our new homepage, which links viewers to either an in-person studio build or IMPACT.
Our YouTube content will be focussing more on studio builds as we see this very much as our shop window.
I look forward to bringing you more examples and stories each month.
If you're interested in this service, head over to our sales page and let's get on a call.

It just feels easy
It wasn't until I sat down to write this newsletter that I realised a pattern.
Jen, a recent studio build client, made a comment about her new studio, that the best part was that 'it just feels easy now'
|
Then Sean, who you just saw above, said as I walked him around, how he just wanted to be able to come in and easily create content.
And as I've made some changes to my own studio, I realise the thing that's excited me most has been how I've made my workflow easier.
On the production side, I have added streamdeck buttons to go from a wide crop to a close crop, to save me from moving the camera. I have buttons to change my lighting between working lights and filming. And I'm getting really slick with my Prompter XL and Streamdeck pedals.
Then, at the planning stage, I've been using Owen's VidFlow app to make ideation and scripting so much easier. I'll let him tell you more in a bit.
I've got this whole workflow so dialled in that I can echo what Jen said... it honestly feels easy to create content, and I love that! 🥰
Now I'll take a break and pass over to Owen before sharing some exciting news about Kajabi.

Hey, Owen here!
Ask YouTube
YouTube have announced a huge change to search this month which they're calling 'Ask YouTube'. This allows users to make more complicated searches and even follow up on previous searches.
This feels like it will be pretty similar to Google's 'AI Mode' but it will respond with options of videos.
In my opinion, this could potentially bring people back to searching on YouTube rather than going to AI tools however it's unclear what the results will look like as to how this will affect creators. If this points to your video as a whole then this could be great but we could see YouTube add their summarise feature like they have on videos which could mean that creators struggle to build the connection with their viewers as well as they could on recommended videos.
I'll keep an eye on this to see what happens but for now if you want some more information on this you can read more here: https://blog.youtube/news-and-events/youtube-news-google-io-2026/
YouTube LaunchPad and Amplifier
Now for our updates!
While we've just finished our second cohort of YouTube LaunchPad this month, it actually feels like we're launching a new program with our new website:
On the website, you can sign up for YouTube-specific updates from me, find out more about YTLP, and apply to our new 'YouTube Amplifier '. This is where you can work with me 1-to-1 over time, and I will act as your channel manager, helping you scale your channel and handling all of the time-heavy tasks like research, packaging and editing so you can focus on your business.
This is application only and hasn't been publicly available before, so if it's something of interest to you, then check it out on the site above.
VidFlow
Then we have VidFlow, which Adrian mentioned above. This is an app that I've built to handle everything when it comes to YouTube in one place, from planning to analytics.

I'm really proud of this and am constantly working to improve it as I integrate it more into my workflow. For example, this week I've added a teleprompter function into the app so you don't need to export your script and send it elsewhere (although that is also an option if you prefer a specific app)
This is only available to YouTube LaunchPad members so if you want access then join the waitlist at https://www.yt-launchpad.com/ytlp
Now back to Adrian...

This is the best thing Kajabi have ever done!
I've been emailing you over the past week as Kajabi are currently offering a whopping 50% off all plans, hopefully you've seen them.
But what's been exciting is that alongside the promotion, Kajabi have been releasing some new updates.
And the BEST one... isn't a new product, or design makeover, but to give Claude and ChatGPT control of my Kajabi account! 🤯
I know, I know, it sounds scary, and you can absolutely restrict what it does and set it to always ask your permission, but Owen and I have both been building new landing pages, creating email sequences, and I'm about to rewrite our whole Lights Camera Impact webinar pipeline, all through prompts in Claude.
I appreciate that many of you are way ahead of me when it comes to AI, but taking things from just advice to actually implementing the proposed actions is going to be a huge timesaver and will make a massive difference to small businesses like ours.
This really is an amazing time to be jumping in and building an online business. Kajabi have their own AI adviser built in, or now you can build your website, course, membership, you name it, all from the AI tools you already know and use.
Just wow.
Start Kajabi today and get 50% off!
Well… I think that’s it for another month. I nearly told you about the brand new lenses that I'm switching over to but that will have to wait till next month, when I'll be back in Cyprus.
As ever, if we can help in any way, just hit reply.
See you next month,
Adrian & Owen Salisbury
