From Cyprus to Canada
What a busy month February has been.
We spent most of it in Cyprus, and while I'd like to pretend that means I'm sitting on the beach sipping cocktails, the reality is I've been working 10-hour days most of the time. But it does come with the perks of being able to spend the weekends on the beach 🥰

I know right, so crowded! 😂
But my weekdays were filled with juggling my new Remarkable cohort, launching a new Pastors' Cohort for IMPACT, and launching our next Ecamm Live Academy. I'll explain more below but so far this month has been about getting my head down and doing the work. I'm determined that 2026 is going to be a significant year of growth for the business.
Oh, and Canada? Well, I'm sitting in the airport right now writing this at the start of my journey out to Vancouver to see my brother, and then on to Calgary to meet up with a customer :)
So let's get into this, I'll start, then hand over to Owen for some YouTube updates...

I mentioned last month that I had started a brand new VIP program called Remarkable, to help established coaches set up a home studio that any A-Lister would be proud of. We're currently 8 weeks into the beta round of our 12-week program and the results are everything I hoped for. With the hardware sorted, we're moving to the software and presenting stage and of course, this is all about Ecamm from here on in ☺️ We'll be taking applicants for our next cohort this month, so if you'd like to find out more, head to our website here. Please know we are only working with 6 clients per cohort, and we will interview applicants to see whether this is a fit for both of us.
IMPACT is still going strong. We started a new cohort for Church Pastors this week, and I'm loving the conversations and way we've all instantly gelled on the first call. Helping the church with the gifts God has given me brings me a lot of joy.
If you're ready to up your game on camera in 2026, please reply, and I'll happily direct you to either IMPACT or Remarkable.
Now over to Owen...

Hey, Owen here!
This month, we've seen some pretty big updates from YouTube so let's get straight into them.
YouTube Updates:
YouTube have been subtly making massive changes to the platform, including how they handle SEO (Search Engine Optimisation). If you've ever heard us talk about YouTube, then we probably would've been showing how to find what people are searching for and telling you to make your title as close to that search as possible but with this new update, it's not quite that easy anymore.
Search is now taking in most of its information from the transcript of your video so it's not just looking at the title and description anymore but what you are talking about!
YouTube LaunchPad Updates:
Because of YouTube's update, the training inside of YouTube LaunchPad is also changing to make sure that students have the best chance of success.
If you want to be ready for what’s coming next, you can join the waitlist for the next cohort starting March 23rd:

My TubeBuddy Vs VidIQ Test:
Oh and if you read last month's newsletter, then you may remember me mentioning that I was going to be putting TubeBuddy and VidIQ head-to-head and because of YouTube's update, there is now a difference.
TubeBuddy and VidIQ are both great for keyword research; however, they have different priorities, with VidIQ leaning towards search volume and TubeBuddy towards competition and how likely you are to rank for that keyword. This is why for a long time, we have favoured Tubebuddy as we always taught to go for specific keywords that the big channels aren't focusing on. However, with this change, being more specific doesn't necessarily guarantee that you will rank for that search so because of this and how many new features that it's adding, like its AI coach and Feed, I'm now switching over to VidIQ!
And if you want to join me, then here is our affiliate link for VidIQ https://vidiq.com/owen
Now back to Adrian...

Well, we're definitely in an Ecamm season over here! This week, I ran two 2-hour masterclasses, 'Ecamm Foundations'. You can watch the replay here.

We had over 1,700 register for the event so it's great to know there's so much interest in Ecamm training.
Now, we're in the run-up to our next cohort of Ecamm Live Academy - ELA LIVE, which starts Monday, March 9th.
If you're new to Ecamm or struggling to get past the basics, this is an excellent opportunity to build a set of scenes you will actually want to use on all your future Zoom meetings, webinars and recordings. In addition to the daily live training I'll be giving, you'll get plenty of time to practice what you learn in our safe, supportive community. We've had over 2,500 people come through this training, and around half of them come back at least once as they love the experience so much!
If you're an Ecamm user who hasn't been through this training, what are you waiting for!?!
