Remote Shooting With Canon DSLR On Your Computer

If you record videos of yourself one of the biggest challenges is focussing and recording remotely. 

It was the main reason I moved over to Panasonic as they have a great app for this but on a Canon there is a workaround using their free EOS Utility Software. 

Simply plug the USB lead that came with your camera into your computer and away you go!
